Bringing fresh ideas to a traditional craft is how we approach our chocolate bonbons. They have a hand decorated thin chocolate shell with a soft ganache inside, made with no artificial flavourings. We choose to make our ganaches dairy free, in order to maintain the fine aromatic flavours of the  chocolate. The result is bright and clean, rich and decadent handmade chocolates.
